About the FOUNDER
The Awaken Summit was founded by Shannon Gillette, one of the nation’s top real estate professionals and a respected voice in the industry. Having shared her story and insights on some of real estate’s leading stages and podcasts, Shannon has always been open about her love for Jesus.
Over time, she began to feel a deep calling, an awareness that something was missing in the industry. There needed to be a place where believers could come together, grow in their faith, and learn how to weave biblical principles into their business and leadership.
What started as a simple Instagram reel to gauge interest quickly went viral, reaching nearly 100,000 people and receiving thousands of comments from those longing for this kind of community. From that moment, The Awaken Summit was born.
In February 2026, real estate professionals from across the nation will gather to connect, be inspired, and awaken their purpose in faith and business.
