Yes, all in-person tickets includes a free boxed sandwich lunch from a great local caterer, with gluten-free options available. Lunch will be around 12:00 for one hour. With a packed schedule and incredible speakers, we recommend staying on the church campus for lunch. There are beautiful grounds to enjoy your meal. You’re also welcome to order food delivery if you prefer.
A separate lunch is provided for those who purchase the Ultimate Ticket with Private Lunch. -
Every experience includes access to the private Facebook community, plus digital materials where applicable.

Ultimate Experience + Private Lunch – $999: Best seating + exclusive private lunch with select speakers + lanyard + digital program (Limited to 40 attendees)

Seating is first-come, first-served within your ticketed section. Attendees with VIP, Ultimate, or Ultimate + Lunch tickets will be seated in their designated priority areas.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds. We encourage you to transfer your ticket to someone else who can attend. Please know that all ticket sales support this event and the local nonprofit Purpose Movement.

Digital ticket holders will receive a live stream link before the event. If you can’t attend live, a replay ondemand link will be sent within a few days after the event.

While we love families, this event is intended for adults. Childcare is not provided.

By attending, you consent to being recorded or photographed for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear on camera, let an event team member know, though exclusion cannot be guaranteed.

In the unlikely event the conference is canceled, we will provide next steps regarding rescheduling or credits. -

Absolutely, everyone is welcome! While the majority of the audience will be real estate agents, we warmly welcome anyone, especially those connected to or working within the real estate industry.

Yes, there will be space available to store luggage during the event. Please note that items will be left at your own risk.

Simply purchase the ticket option you’d like, then email us at info@awakensummit.com. We will refund your original ticket once the upgrade is confirmed.

Event lanyards will not include name tags. Check-in will be completed using the name under which you registered.

Parking is very easy, with plenty of available spots at Dream City Church.

Yes, the Dream City Church Cafe & Coffee Shop will be open for most of the day.

We recommend bringing a pen, a notebook, and a water bottle to make the most of the day.

Check-in begins at 8:15 AM, doors open at 8:30 AM, and the event will start promptly at 9:00 AM. We recommend arriving early to allow plenty of time to get settled before we begin.
