By registering for the Awaken Summit you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Photo & Video Consent

By attending the Awaken Summit Conference, you grant Awaken Summit and its affiliates permission to photograph, film, or record your participation. These images and recordings may be used for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes in print, digital, and social media formats. No compensation will be provided. If you prefer not to be recorded, please notify an event team member upon arrival; however, we cannot guarantee exclusion from all photos or footage.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales for the Awaken Summit Conference are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant by contacting us no later than February 5, 2026. After this date, all registrations are locked, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

Event Conditions & Changes

The event is rain or shine, and all scheduled activities will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless safety concerns require otherwise. Awaken Summit reserves the right to modify speakers, schedule, venue layout, or programming at any time without prior notice. In the unlikely event of a full cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, details regarding rescheduling or credit options will be communicated directly to all registered attendees.

Liability Waiver

By attending, you assume full responsibility for your participation and agree that Awaken Summit, its staff, volunteers, and partners are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
